Apply & Register - Graduate students at a non-WCUMSS member Canadian university that falls under the Western Universities Deans' Agreement (WDA):

- Athabasca University
- BC Institute of Technology
- Brandon University
- Concordia University College of Alberta
- Royal Roads University
- Univeristy of Lethbridge
- University of Manitoba
- University of Northern British Columbia
- University of Regina
- University of Saskatchewan
- The five member universities (UVic, UBC, SFU, UA, UC): Do not apply under the WDA. Please follow the instructions outlined here.

Step 4: There are two steps to register for a BMSC course:

Print and fill out the WDA form (fillable pdf) and submit to your home university for approval. Your home university will forward your completed WDA form to Kathy MacLeod (fax 721-5420) at Graduate Admissions and Records. This process can take some time, so we recommend that you submit the form at least six weeks prior to the commencement of the course(s) requested.

If you are approved, Kathy MacLeod will register you for the BMSC course(s) you have been authorized to take. Do not register yourself online. You do not have to pay deposits or additional tuition if your university is a member of the WDA.
