Hours

  • The library is open 24 hours every day.
  • The Librarian is available from 8:30 - 4:30, Monday to Friday or by appointment.
Welcome to the BMSC Devonian Library.
Our collection currently includes over 4900 marine, coastal and life sciences books. We also have over 18,000 reprints and in addition to our substantial journal collection, we currently subscribe to 22 scientific journals. A number of references such as student reports, BMSC publications, maps, charts, aerial photographs and historical archives are also available.
