Alumni - Where are you now?

Katie is Fall Program 2008 Alumna, and also participated in the Life History Strategies of Marine Organisms course at BMSC this summer.
Andy writes: "After coming to the marine station in 1975 as part of a high school
group, this summer I had the opportunity to return to the centre to visit
our son's friend. She took us to Pachena Bay, where this kelp foothold
looked out of place on such a wave-washed beach."

Subtidal
Mary writes: "I took these pictures during my Scientific Filmmaking and Scientific Diving courses at BMSC this summer (2009) and I am currently a Fall Program student here."

Terrestrial/Freshwater
Robert writes: "I took this photo outside the dorms. I was passing by and noticed the interesting contrast of the purple/pink of the Digitalis and the turquoise hue from the electric box. The high aperature gives it the intriguing feel."

Gesa was at BMSC this summer as a visiting scientist. She is a graduate student from Wyk auf Föhr, a small island off the German coast.
